Take the first step.
achieve financial freedom
Available Nationwide

When you first started college, you were excited about your future and financial aid was a tool to that future.  Unfortunately for many, student loan payments have become a hindrance to financial freedom.
The good news is that the U.S. Department of Education has established 9 different repayment plans to reduce your monthly payments and, in some cases, forgive a portion of your student loan debt.
With over 20 years of experience helping our clients navigate life’s most difficult financial situations, Milby Law Offices, P.A. is uniquely suited to evaluate your financial profile and determine your eligibility for specific repayment programs.

How Student Loan Solutions Works

1.) Complete the New Client Form.

2.)
Once received, we will send you a link; click the link and provide the requested information.

3.)
Pay $250.00 through the LawPay link below.

4.) We will put together a comprehensive summary of the student loan repayment options available to you, schedule an appointment to discuss them with you in detail and let you decide which option is best for you.

5.) At that point you can decide if you want to apply for a repayment option on your own or, if you’d like our help, we can complete it for you for an added fee.
